1. PRODUCT ENGINEERING
We are able to engineer the product from a draft or sample or using 2D and/or 3D drawings provided by the customer.
From the study of the required part, a quotation is drawn up and any critical production issues are highlighted.
2. MOULD DESIGN AND STUDY
Our engineering department analyses and develops the drawings and plans provided to us to design the mould in the best way to ensure maximum product quality and cost-effectiveness.
We then proceed to make the mould using the best steels to ensure durability and consistent quality in production.
3. ANALYSIS OF TIME AND METHODS
We optimise production costs by analysing the timing and methods of the production cycle constantly in order to try at every stage of the product’s life to reduce production costs and where possible use mass production logic.
4. FIRST SUBJECT
The logistics department takes care of checking and analysing the raw material used in the production of our products to ensure that they correspond and remain consistent with customer requirements.
5. QUALITY CONTROL
An office of technical experts constantly monitors production, including that of subcontractors, to ensure quality.
6. LOGISTICS
Punctual deliveries and orderly warehouse management are a strong point for our company.
